All licensees in Michigan are required to complete at least one hour of Fair Housing each year. This class includes case studies, scenarios, Q and A, and situations to help real estate brokers and salespeople engage in fair housing equality for all.
Michigan Legal Update – 2024 (2 hours Legal CE Credits - CE Marketplace Certified C132981). This Michigan Legal Update includes problematic legal situations, scenarios, and Q and A that REALTORS find themselves in today as reported by MR and other credible sources.
Cost: Early Price until September 10th = $39 (Members)/$45 (Non-Members) prepaid and pre-registration required by cash, credit card, or check made payable to JAAR.
Zoom Rules: 1. You must have a camera on your device. Live face required throughout the day. You may un-mute your microphone during discussions. Chats allowed. 2. If you are technologically challenged, you may double up with other person whereby Instructor can see two faces. 3. You are encouraged to have your materials printed and in front of you, but not required. You may just follow the Power Point presentations.
