STANDARD FORMS COMMITTEE

Purpose:

To create and update all forms in use by the members of the JAAR so they will be consistent with good business practice and comply with current applicable laws and regulations covering real estate dealings of brokers and salespeople in the State of Michigan.

Goals:

1. To review JAAR forms as needed and make recommendations for changes to the Board of Directors.
2. To teach Standard Forms section during New Member Orientation.
3. To review and recommend electronic forms programs available to the members.
